Europa tauscht sich zu Industrie 4.0 in der Metropolregion Nürnberg aus
Die IHK Nürnberg für Mittelfranken, der VDI Bayern Nordost und der VDE Nordbayern sowie das Automation Valley Nordbayern luden am 29. März 2017 zur 3. Integrated Plant Engineering Conference (IPEC) in die IHK-Akademie Nürnberg ein. Auf der Konferenz diskutierten rund 110 Teilnehmer der führenden europäischen Automations-Regionen über die Zukunft der Anlagenplanung sowie des Industriestandorts Europa. Die Teilnehmer stammten aus den Niederlanden, Dänemark, Estland und England sowie aus ganz Deutschland.
„Wir freuen uns über den anhaltenden guten regionalen und internationalen Zuspruch für unsere 3. europäischen Industrie 4.0-Konferenz “, so Dr. Ronald Künneth von der IHK Nürnberg für Mittelfranken der gemeinsam mit Matthias Barbian, Sprecher für Industrie 4.0 im VDI Bayern Nordost und VDE Nordbayern die Konferenz ins Leben gerufen hatte.
Unter dem diesjährigem Motto „Engineering Standards für Industrie 4.0“ gab es einen regen Erfahrungsaustausch zu Lösungen und Projekten zwischen den Firmen und Forschungseinrichtungen des Automation Valleys Nordbayern und der NIK mit Teilnehmern aus der niederländischen Region Brabant (Brainport) und der dänischen Industrie 4.0 Initiative MADE sowie dem Innovation Center Denmark und estnischen Unternehmen und der Wirtschaftsförderung Estlands. Herr Dr. Künneth berichtete anhand der die aktuellen IHK-Industrie 4.0 Studie über aktuelle Entwicklungen der Metropolregion Nürnberg und des Automation Valley Nordbayern.
Im Rahmen der Konferenz wurde auch das interdisziplinäre Projekt “Cyber Engineering Objects (CEO)” vorgestellt, in dem mittelfränkische Akteure aus Technik und Kunst unter ENGINEERING 2050 neue Techniklösungen für die Zukunft entwerfen.

European Industrie 4.0 exchange in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region
The Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI Nuremberg), the VDI Bayern Nordost, the VDE Nordbayern and the Automation Valley Nordbayern invited to the 3rd Integrated Plant Engineering Conference (IPEC) at the IHK Academy Nuremberg on the 29th of March 2017. At the conference, round 110 participants from the leading European automation regions discussed the future of plant engineering as well as the industrial location in Europe. The participants came from the Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, England and from all over Germany.
„We are pleased with the ongoing good regional and international response of our 3rd European Industry 4.0 conference,“ said Dr. Ronald Künneth from the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry who had jointly with Matthias Barbian, spokesman for „Industrie 4.0“ in VDI Bayern Nordost and VDE North Bavaria, launched the conference.
Under the motto „Engineering Standards for Industry 4.0“ was a lively exchange of experiences and solutions between the companies and research facilities of the Automation Valley Nordbayern and the NIK (Network for Innovation and Cooperation) with participants from the Dutch region of Brabant (Brainport) and the Danish Industry 4.0 Initiative MADE, the Innovation Center Denmark, Estonian companies and the economic development agency of Estonia. Dr. Künneth reported on the current developments of the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region and the Automation Valley Nordbayern regarding the current regional CCI Industrie 4.0 study.
The conference also presented the interdisciplinary project „Cyber Engineering Objects (CEO)“ in which engineers and artists from the Nuremberg Region are designing new technology solutions for the future ENGINEERING 2050.
